Do I need to learn new software?

No. Camino builds and operates the system. You receive the lead information and a clean export for whatever you already use.

Will it work at multiple expos?

Yes. The system is built to be reused, not thrown away after one event. Same QR code, same form, refreshed for the new dates and audience. You are not starting from scratch each time, and neither are we.

What if I do not have a CRM?

You do not need one. Your contacts arrive as an organised list or spreadsheet.

What if I get more than 500 entries?

Nothing switches off during your event. Additional usage is NZ$20 per 1,000 submissions, billed afterwards.

Do I pay full price again for the next event?

No. The QR code and campaign stay yours. Reusing substantially the same campaign at another event is NZ$79 + GST, which covers event updates, reactivation, testing and a fresh export.

What if people do not scan?

The system can only capture people who are invited to use it. That is why we help you choose a clear reason to scan and give you simple guidance for displaying and introducing the code.

What happens after the expo?

You get the complete contact list and the system stays live. Follow-up campaigns, CRM workflows and permanent customer systems are separate pieces we can build with you.
